My Hero Academia: All’s Justice Hits Switch 2 in September

Plus Ultra on the go — My Hero Academia: All’s Justice is launching on Nintendo Switch 2 on 4 September 2026, bringing the anime’s climactic Final War arc to Nintendo’s latest console. Bandai Namco confirmed the port this week alongside a batch of Switch 2-exclusive features that give MHA fans a reason to pick it up even if they already own the PS5 or PC version.

What Is My Hero Academia: All’s Justice?

All’s Justice is a 3v3 arena brawler set during the manga’s most explosive storyline — the Final War — where heroes and villains clash in battles that pushed the series to its emotional peak. Players assemble a team of three fighters from a roster stacked with fan favourites and chain Quirk-powered combos in fights designed to feel as over-the-top as the source material.

The game launched on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in February 2026. The Switch 2 port brings the action home to Nintendo fans who want to take it portable, and based on how popular MHA events, merchandise, and cinema screenings have been here in Singapore, local fans have clearly been waiting for this moment.

Switch 2-Exclusive Features for My Hero Academia All’s Justice

Bandai Namco isn’t simply porting the existing build — the Switch 2 version adds features that make use of what the console does best:

  • Online GameShare via GameChat — battle online with a friend even if only one of you owns the game, using the Switch 2’s GameShare functionality through GameChat.
  • New Minigame Mode (All 10 Types) — a day-one free update brings a full collection of mini-games featuring Class 1-A students, including a PAC-MAN collaboration mini-game. Ghosts and Quirks in the same screen is not a crossover anyone expected, but we’re here for it.
  • Exclusive physical inner cover art — physical editions include collector-worthy artwork illustrated by bones film, the studio behind the MHA anime, depicting Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki side by side.

Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses

The Switch 2 version launches in Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions. Pre-ordering any edition unlocks:

  • Early character access to Izuku Midoriya Rising and All For One Chaos
  • 30,000 Hero Coins (in-game currency)

Exact pricing for each edition has not been announced yet — watch the official Bandai Namco announcement page and the Nintendo eShop for SGD listings when they arrive.

For Singapore fans who have been holding off on All’s Justice because they’re Switch-first households, the wait is almost over. The Switch 2 port lands 4 September 2026 — right in the middle of a packed end-of-year gaming calendar. The PAC-MAN mini-game is delightfully unexpected, and GameShare online play means you and your kakis only need one copy between you to get into the hero-versus-villain action. Star Fox Is Back on Switch 2 — Free Demo Out Now, Launches 25 June

Fox McCloud and the Arwing are back. Star Fox launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2 on 25 June 2026 — and if you already have the console, there is no reason to wait: a free demo has been live on the Switch 2 eShop since 12 June, and your save data carries over to the full game.

Star Fox — Overview Trailer — Nintendo Switch 2, via Nintendo of America on YouTube

Star Fox 64 Rebuilt for Switch 2

This is not a brand-new entry in the franchise — it is a cinematic reimagining of the beloved 1997 Nintendo 64 classic, Star Fox 64. The bones are the same: Fox McCloud leads his mercenary squadron through the Lylat system on a mission to stop the evil scientist Andross. But everything around that skeleton has been rebuilt from the ground up.

Character models have been overhauled with newly detailed designs that honour the original’s puppet-inspired aesthetic. Every stage has been redressed with modern fidelity. The soundtrack receives a full orchestral treatment. And for the first time in the franchise, every line of dialogue is fully voiced — giving the story the weight of a proper sci-fi action film rather than a terse space shooter. Nintendo detailed the overhaul in its official announcement, describing it as a game that “takes full advantage of the power and performance of the Nintendo Switch 2 system.”

It has been a full ten years since the last Star Fox game — Star Fox Zero landed on Wii U in 2016 and remains the franchise’s most recent entry. Nintendo announced the Switch 2 instalment on 6 May 2026 via a surprise 15-minute Nintendo Direct that dropped without warning through the Nintendo Today app, and it has been one of the most-discussed Switch 2 titles since.

New Modes and Switch 2-Specific Features

The campaign supports multiple difficulty levels — Easy, Normal, and Expert — plus branching stage paths that give veteran players a reason to replay routes they skipped. On top of the story mode, two additional modes add longevity.

Challenge Mode adds fresh objectives to existing stages, testing precision and route knowledge beyond a simple clear. Battle Mode is the headline addition for multiplayer: 4-vs-4 online dogfights supporting up to eight players in a single match. A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required for online play.

On the hardware side, Star Fox is one of the first titles to make serious use of Joy-Con 2 mouse controls — slide the controller across a flat surface and you aim with it directly, a natural fit for targeting enemies in a fast-moving rail shooter. GameChat integration lets you play as your favourite Star Fox character with AR avatar overlays and real-time voice chat during multiplayer sessions. Local co-op via dual Joy-Con is also supported.

Prices, Demo, and Where to Buy

Star Fox is priced at USD$50 digital / USD$60 physical in the United States (Japan: ¥5,480 digital / ¥6,480 physical). The Singapore eShop price had not been confirmed at time of writing — check the Switch 2 eShop directly for the SGD figure. Physical copies are available through Nintendo’s official Shopee and Lazada storefronts in the region.

The free demo is on the eShop now. It requires no additional steps beyond owning a Switch 2 — search for Star Fox from the home screen, download the demo, and your progress carries forward when you buy the full game on or after 25 June.

Last words

Ten years is a long wait for a new Star Fox, and this Switch 2 remake looks like the comeback the franchise deserved. The demo is free, it is playable right now, and the full game is less than a week away. Singapore Switch 2 owners — this one is worth your time this weekend. Check out our latest game news for everything else landing on Switch 2 this season.

Update (20 June 2026): Singapore eShop Price Confirmed

The one missing detail above is now filled in. The Nintendo Switch 2 eShop in Singapore has gone live with its local Star Fox listing, and the full game is priced at S$62.50. The page currently shows a pre-order ahead of the 25 June 2026 launch, with a Download Demo button sitting right beside the purchase option — confirming the free demo we covered above is available on the Singapore eShop, not just overseas regions.

At S$62.50 for the digital edition, this lands as solid value for a first-party Nintendo Switch 2 release — and it actually comes in slightly below a direct conversion of the US$50 digital price. If you have been holding off on the demo while waiting for the local figure, there is nothing left to wait for: the demo is free, your save carries over, and the full game is now just days away.

SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance Slashes onto Switch 2 on 24 September

Joe Musashi is coming to Switch 2 — SEGA and developer Lizardcube have confirmed that SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on 24 September 2026, with pre-orders now live on the Nintendo eShop and a free demo available to download today.

SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance ❘ Game Introduction Trailer — via SEGA Asia(EN) on YouTube

What Is SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance?

If you missed the August 2025 launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC, here is the quick rundown. SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance is a hand-drawn 2D action platformer developed by Lizardcube — the same studio that revived Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap and co-developed Streets of Rage 4. It brings back series protagonist Joe Musashi, who returns home to find his village burned and his clan turned to stone, setting off a vengeance quest across over a dozen visually distinct stages.

Combat gives you Joe’s katana, shuriken, Ninjutsu arts, and Ninpo abilities, with Amulets to upgrade your build as you progress. The game was very well received on its original platforms, praised for its tight controls and gorgeous hand-drawn visuals.

Switch 2 Version: What’s Different?

The Nintendo Switch 2 version arrives with an updated resolution, making the hand-drawn art look even sharper on the new hardware. Otherwise the core experience is the same acclaimed game — which is exactly what Switch 2 owners who held off will want to hear.

A free demo is already live on the Nintendo eShop, so you can try it before committing. Save data from the demo carries over to the full game.

The SEGA Villains Stage: Majima, Eggman, and Death Adder

The standout extra is the SEGA Villains Stage DLC, which pits Joe Musashi against three of SEGA’s most iconic antagonists across five additional stages with six new music tracks and extra Ninpo abilities:

  • Goro Majima (Like a Dragon / Yakuza series)
  • Dr. Eggman (Sonic the Hedgehog)
  • Death Adder (Golden Axe)

It is a genuinely fun concept — a ninja master taking on SEGA’s villain roster — and adds meaningful replay value beyond the main campaign.

Editions and Pre-Order Details

Two editions are available for Switch 2:

  • Standard Edition — USD $29.99, digital on the Nintendo eShop
  • Deluxe Edition (physical game-key card) — includes the base game, SEGA Villains Stage DLC, translucent character cards, a physical art book, the Ghost Outfit and Medic Lite Amulet in-game items, a digital art book and soundtrack, and 2,000 in-game gold

Singapore eShop pricing will follow regional rates. Pre-orders are open now via the Nintendo eShop — search SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance on your Switch 2. Physical Deluxe Edition orders are available through select retailers.

Singapore Switch 2 owners now have another must-check title pencilled in for September. Deltarune Chapter 5 Is Out Next Week — Free Update on All Platforms

Toby Fox’s acclaimed RPG series is adding its next chapter in under a week. Deltarune Chapter 5: The Field of Pink and Gold launches simultaneously worldwide on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 11 a.m. EDT — that is 11 p.m. SGT on the same night — and it arrives as a free update for everyone who already owns the game.

One More Adventure Before the Final Act

If Chapter 4 left you feeling unsettled — dark clouds on the horizon and all that — Fox says Chapter 5 is a deliberate tonal shift. In his release-date newsletter he described it as a chance to “turn around and watch the sun, before it goes down completely” and enjoy “one more fun adventure” before the story heads into its closing chapters. The Dark World this time is built around Asgore’s flower shop, Flower King, which explains the floral enemies, the sprawling pink-and-gold colour palette, and the chapter’s subtitle.

Fox also confirmed he deliberately kept the best moments out of the reveal trailer, writing that he “avoided showing the most exciting moments” to preserve first-time surprises. The 46-second Nintendo Direct clip is restrained on purpose — trust that there is more waiting inside.

What Singapore Players Need to Know

The release is simultaneous worldwide, so no region-locking to worry about. Here is the quick breakdown:

  • Release time (SGT): Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 11 p.m.
  • Platforms: Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PS4, PS5, PC (Windows), Mac
  • Existing owners: Free update — no extra purchase needed
  • New to Deltarune? All five chapters are bundled for USD 24.99 on Steam, the Nintendo eShop, and the PlayStation Store (approximately S$33–35 at current rates; local storefront pricing to be confirmed)
  • Just curious? Chapters 1 and 2 remain free to download on all platforms

What Comes After Chapter 5?

The series is planned as a seven-chapter story, and Fox shared some welcome news on that front: Chapter 6 is already in active development and moving faster than previous chapters, with some staff potentially beginning work on Chapter 7 before the year is out. With Chapter 5 arriving this week, the finish line of one of gaming’s most beloved indie stories is starting to come into view.

Follow our Game News section for updates as Chapter 5 drops next week.

Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok Demo Is Out Now

Cygames has dropped a free demo for Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok, and it is live right now across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. The trial arrives alongside a brand-new trailer that recaps the beloved original game ahead of the expansion’s July 9, 2026 launch.

[EN] Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok | Third Trailer “The Journey So Far” — via Granblue Fantasy: Relink Official Channel on YouTube

Three Modes to Try in the Granblue Fantasy Relink Endless Ragnarok Demo

The demo packs three distinct modes:

  • Story Mode — Play through an early chapter of the Granblue Fantasy: Relink main campaign. Clear it to earn in-game rewards redeemable when the full game launches on 9 July.
  • Quest Mode — Tackle four action quests solo or with friends across platforms. Beat the first three to unlock the fourth, “Sephira’s Sanguine Glimmer,” which gives you a first look at the Summons mechanic — an all-new Endless Ragnarok battle system available at Chaos difficulty and above.
  • Tutorial Mode — Brand new to the series? This mode walks you through exploration and combat basics before you dive in.

Crossplay is active from day one, letting PS5 players queue alongside Switch 2 and PC crews. No PlayStation Plus membership is required for PS5/PS4 multiplayer, though Nintendo Switch Online is needed for Switch 2 online sessions.

Meet Seofon, the Star Sword Sovereign

One of Endless Ragnarok’s six brand-new playable characters, Seofon — the famed Star Sword Sovereign — is available to try in the demo. He unlocks differently in the full game, so the demo is your best chance to get hands-on time before 9 July. Cygames has also balanced the experience based on open beta feedback: the Aquila Ruby Golem boss in “Sephira’s Sanguine Glimmer” now has reduced HP and ATK values, making it more approachable for newcomers.

What Is Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok?

Released in 2024, Granblue Fantasy: Relink is Cygames’ cinematic action RPG set in a world of sky pirates and floating islands. Endless Ragnarok is a major standalone expansion adding a new storyline, the solo-progression Conflux system, and six new playable characters. It is also the franchise’s debut on Nintendo Switch 2, opening the series up to a whole new wave of players.

To unlock Endless Ragnarok’s story content in the full game, you’ll need to complete “The Tale of Bahamut’s Rage” quest from the base game, which then opens up Chaos-difficulty quests and the Conflux mode — a solo progression track that scales from early chapters all the way through the expansion’s final acts.

Pricing

  • New players (base game + Endless Ragnarok bundle): USD $59.99
  • Existing GBF Relink owners (Endless Ragnarok upgrade): USD $29.99

SGD pricing is to be confirmed — check the PlayStation Store Singapore or Steam Store for your regional price once the game launches on 9 July.

Last Words

For Singapore fans of action RPGs, GBF Relink’s Endless Ragnarok demo is a genuine no-brainer — it is completely free, playable right now, and rewards you with in-game items for the full version. The crossplay support also means your local friends on PS5, Switch 2, or PC can all queue together, which is exactly the kind of feature the Singapore gaming scene needs to make co-op nights frictionless.

Search “Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok” in your PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, or Steam to grab the demo now. For more game launches and demos coming to Singapore, head over to our Game News section.

R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos Is Out Now — The 16-Year Wait Is Over

R-Type fans, the wait is finally, genuinely over. R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos, the Unreal Engine 5 remake of both PSP strategy entries, launched today, 18 June 2026, in the West on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Published by NIS America, this is the first time either Tactics game has appeared on current-generation hardware — and critically, the first time R-Type Tactics II has ever been released in English.

R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos – Release Date Announcement Trailer — via NIS America on YouTube

Sixteen Years in the Making

R-Type Tactics II: Operation Bitter Chocolate originally launched on the PSP in Japan in 2009 but never made it West. Developer Irem shut down its consumer games division not long after, and the sequel quietly became one of strategy gaming’s most notable localisation gaps. Granzella — the studio formed by former Irem staff — brought the franchise back with this full remake collection, and NIS America stepped in as Western publisher to finally close the English gap seventeen years on.

Both games have been rebuilt from scratch in Unreal Engine 5, far removed from the original PSP releases. The collection adds a brand-new post-game storyline on top of the original campaigns, meaning there is fresh content even for players who imported the Japanese version earlier this year.

What Is in the Collection?

The two games in the set share the R-Type universe’s distinctive aesthetic — humanity’s Space Corps versus the biomechanical Bydo empire — but play out as turn-based tactical strategy rather than the shoot-’em-up series it spun off from. Each campaign offers hundreds of ship units to deploy, branching mission structures, and the ability to play as both the Space Corps and the Bydo across separate playthrough perspectives.

  • R-Type Tactics I — remake of the 2007 PSP original, now in English with UE5 visuals
  • R-Type Tactics II: Operation Bitter Chocolate — the 2009 sequel, in English for the first time anywhere
  • New post-game campaign — an entirely original storyline added for this Cosmos release

Platforms and Where to Get It in Singapore

The game is out today on all major platforms available in Singapore: PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). A Limited Edition physical bundle — including a 2-disc soundtrack, conceptual art cards, and two acrylic stands (Rwf-9A Arrow Head and Bwf-1Dα Bydo System Alpha) — is priced at USD 79.99 via the NIS America Online Store. Standard digital pricing is available directly on each platform’s store. Note the Limited Edition for Xbox Series X|S is no longer offered; that version is digital-only.

Japan, Asia, and Korea players have been able to play since 12 March 2026 — so today’s Western launch fills in the last major release territory gap.

Last Words

R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos is a genuine occasion for strategy fans: a beautifully remastered pair of games that most Western players never got to experience properly, now on every current platform. For Singapore players with a PS5, Switch 2, or a capable PC, there is no excuse not to check it out — especially if you have ever bounced off the original shoot-’em-up series and wondered what the franchise looks like as a tactics game. It looks like this. Check out our Game News section for more launch coverage this week.

FFT: The Ivalice Chronicles Ver. 1.5.0 Adds New Game+ and More

Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles just received its biggest post-launch update — the free Version 1.5.0 “Enhanced” patch is live now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, and PC. Headlining the update is a fully featured New Game+, but Square Enix has packed in a long wishlist of quality-of-life changes too.

New Game+ — Take Your Best Squad into Round Two

If you’ve already guided Ramza through the Lion War and saved Ivalice, you no longer have to rebuild from scratch for a second run. New Game+ lets you carry over unit levels, item data, and more from a completed playthrough into a new game. It’s the feature fans have been requesting since the September 2025 launch, and it transforms FFT: The Ivalice Chronicles from a one-shot epic into something worth revisiting with increasingly fine-tuned parties. Classic tactics players who spent dozens of hours unlocking Arithmetician and Mime will especially appreciate having their work recognised.

Zodiac Compatibility Finally Has a UI

The Zodiac system has always been one of FFT’s more opaque layers — unit signs quietly influence hit and evasion rates, and most players only notice when Ramza bafflingly misses an attack. The 1.5.0 update surfaces this properly: you can now check any unit’s zodiac sign and its compatibility with others from the status screen during battle. Positive, negative, and special matchups are all readable at a glance, which opens up a whole layer of squad-building strategy that was previously only accessible to players who memorised a compatibility chart.

The Full Ver. 1.5.0 Quality-of-Life Changes

Beyond the marquee additions, Square Enix has addressed a series of smaller frustrations that tactical RPG veterans will recognise immediately:

  • Status check during tile selection — inspect a unit’s stats while choosing where to move or which target to hit, without cancelling out of the menu.
  • Remove All Equipment — added to the Equipment & Abilities section, saving the multiple button presses previously needed to strip a unit before reassigning gear.
  • Clearer job unlock conditions — locked jobs now display exactly what JP requirements you need, so you always know what you’re grinding toward.
  • Persistent camera settings — angle and zoom preferences no longer reset between battles.
  • New toggles: auto-proceed dialogue in every cutscene; guaranteed ability incantation playback; and ability cursor position memory across menus.

Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean Text Now Supported

For Singapore players — and fans across Southeast Asia and East Asia — this addition may matter most of all. The 1.5.0 patch adds Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean text options in the Enhanced version of the game. Singapore’s multilingual gaming community can now experience Ramza’s story of honour and betrayal in their preferred written language, with no need to rely on fan translations or third-party patches.

How to Get the Update

Ver. 1.5.0 is a free update that downloads automatically on all platforms. If you own Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, or via Steam, head to your platform’s update queue and it should already be waiting. The game was originally released on 30 September 2025 as a modern remake of the beloved 1997 JRPG classic, featuring fully voiced dialogue, an overhauled visual style, and an updated script — while the original “Classic” mode remains available for purists.

Last Words

For Singapore gamers, Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles has been playable on every major platform since its global September 2025 launch — no region lock, no waiting. Now that New Game+ and Zodiac visibility have arrived, there’s a compelling reason to dive back in whether you’ve finished the story or shelved it for later. The new Chinese text support is a genuine quality-of-life win for our local community. What job setups are you bringing into New Game+? Devil May Cry 5 Switch 2: A First for the Franchise on Nintendo Hardware

Capcom unveiled the Devil Hunter Edition during the June 2026 Nintendo Direct, marking the first time a mainline Devil May Cry title has appeared on a Nintendo system. Built on Capcom’s RE Engine, the port targets 60fps in both TV and handheld modes — essential for a game where every frame counts when you’re chasing S-rank style scores.

The digital version launches on 23 June 2026. Pre-orders and early purchases through 31 July are priced at USD$29.99 (standard price: USD$39.99). SGD pricing on the Nintendo eShop Singapore is to be confirmed; check the eShop closer to launch. A physical copy follows on 28 August 2026.

What Is in the Devil Hunter Edition?

The Devil Hunter Edition bundles the complete DMC5 campaign with every major DLC, including the fan-favourite Vergil as a playable character. That gives you four distinct playable protagonists out of the box: Nero (with his modular Devil Breaker prosthetics designed by Nico), the legendary Dante, the summon-based V, and Vergil himself. Rounding things out are costume colour variants, bonus taunts, and extra battle tracks to customise your sessions.

Netflix’s Devil May Cry Anime Enters Its Final Arc

On the animation side, Netflix confirmed the Devil May Cry animated series — available on Netflix Singapore right now — will return for a third and final season. Showrunner Adi Shankar outlined the grand design in a statement to Variety: “This was always Dante’s ‘Divine Comedy’ with guns and a red coat. Season 1 was ‘Inferno.’ Season 2 was ‘Purgatorio.’ Season 3 will be ‘Paradiso.'” All three chapters together form what Shankar calls The Force Edge Saga, conceived from the start as “a movie trilogy disguised as a television series.”

Season 2 debuted on 12 May 2026 and racked up 6.4 million views in its first two weeks, keeping the show on Netflix’s Global Top 10. Season 1 has accumulated 21.7 million views to date. No premiere date for Season 3 has been confirmed yet.

Singapore Switch 2 owners have a clean opportunity on 23 June: DMC5 Devil Hunter Edition is one of the most technically polished action games of the past decade, and the early-adopter window makes it an easy recommendation. ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet — Run Sanji’s Floating Restaurant This October

Kairosoft — the studio behind beloved management sims like Game Dev Story and Mega Mall Story — is setting sail for the Grand Line. Welcome to Baratie Number Two

The premise is perfectly on-brand: you’ve just signed on as a rookie staff member helping Sanji and the Straw Hats open a second floating restaurant — a sequel to the legendary Baratie from the East Blue arc. Design the dining room, craft the menu, keep the customers fed, and manage the chaos of an ocean-going eatery where the clientele includes pirates, Marines, and Luffy, who will absolutely try to eat everything before it reaches the table.

What’s on the Menu

The gameplay follows Kairosoft’s signature build-upgrade-optimise loop. You’ll develop recipes inspired by One Piece lore — dishes like Water-Water Meat BBQ feature on the menu — and even channel Devil Fruit abilities to push your cooking to the next level. Unlock exclusive character events as your restaurant’s reputation grows, and dress the place up with over 200 furniture and decorative items.

The biggest draw for fans is the roster: over 400 One Piece characters appear as staff and customers in pixel art, covering characters from across the whole series timeline. Expect plenty of fan-service cameos when series favourites — and villains — walk through your doors.
