Running a Hot Spring Inn with the Sumikkos — How It Works

The setup is simple: the hot spring inn is short-staffed and struggling to keep up, and you are there to help. Guests arrive, chores pile up, and you assist the Sumikko characters with tasks around the facility. As you earn coins, new areas of the inn unlock — a gift shop, an arcade area, more guest rooms — and the inn gradually grows from a quiet retreat into a popular destination.

The pacing leans relaxing rather than stressful. Between tasks, the Sumikkos potter around the inn and soak in the baths, and the game gives you time to simply watch them in their element.
