Konami Press Start September 3 — Castlevania, Silent Hill and Rev. NOiR at 11pm SGT

Konami has confirmed a 30-minute “Press Start” showcase for Wednesday, 3 September at 11pm SGT, landing just hours after PlayStation’s State of Play closes. The stream promises new gameplay footage, exclusive reveals and video messages from the development teams behind three of the publisher’s most anticipated upcoming titles — and it comes at just the right time with two of them releasing within the next two months.

What Is Konami Press Start?

Press Start is Konami’s own broadcast format for game news updates — think of it as the publisher’s equivalent of a State of Play or Nintendo Direct, focused specifically on Konami’s lineup. The September 3 edition runs for 30 minutes and will stream simultaneously on the official Konami YouTube channel in English and in Japanese. One important note: Konami has explicitly confirmed that no announcements regarding Bloober Team’s Silent Hill remake will appear in the broadcast, so fans holding out for that particular reveal will need to keep waiting.

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse — October 15 on Nintendo Switch

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is front and centre. The 2D action-exploration game, set in 1499 Paris, arrives on Nintendo Switch on 15 October 2026. Preview coverage from critics earlier this year called it a potential game of the year contender for fans of the Metroidvania genre, and the Press Start showcase is set to include exclusive footage that goes beyond what critics played in preview builds. With launch less than six weeks out, expect a proper final look at the gothic adventure.

Silent Hill: Townfall — Final Push Ahead of 24 September

Silent Hill: Townfall also appears on the lineup, and its timing makes sense: Konami’s atmospheric horror title lands on PS5 in just over three weeks, on 24 September. At this stage, expect a launch trailer or a final gameplay showcase rather than any major new reveals. Again, no news on the separate Silent Hill remake will feature here.

Rev. NOiR — Exclusive Footage for the JRPG Wildcard

Rev. NOiR is arguably the most interesting name on the list. Developed by ILCA (the studio behind Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl), it is a PS5 action JRPG set in a world ravaged by the “lightfall” phenomenon — mysterious drops of light that kill everything they touch. The game features time-reversal mechanics and an amnesiac protagonist named Asch who sets out with a mysterious girl companion. Announced at PlayStation’s February 2026 State of Play, Rev. NOiR has no confirmed release date yet, making the promise of “exclusive footage” here particularly exciting for JRPG fans in Singapore looking for their next big PS5 adventure.

Rounding out the broadcast are eFootball: Kick-Off! and Project Zircoin — the latter a title Konami has provided few details on publicly.

September 3 is shaping up to be one of the biggest gaming nights of the month for Singapore fans: State of Play Japan also follows PlayStation’s main show on the same evening, and now Konami slots a focused 30-minute showcase in right alongside it.
