PS Plus Catalog August 2026: Helldivers II Is Live Now, Six More Games Hit August 25

PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers in Singapore are getting a serious lineup boost this month. Helldivers II landed in the PS Plus Game Catalog today — meaning you can download and play Arrowhead’s co-op shooter right now at no extra cost if you’re an Extra or Premium member. It doesn’t stop there: six more games drop on 25 August, headlined by Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and Vampire Survivors.

Helldivers II — In the PS Plus Catalog Right Now

If you’ve been holding off on Helldivers II, now is the best possible moment to dive in. The chaotic third-person co-op shooter from Arrowhead Game Studios is officially part of the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog from today, 12 August. Players squad up for four-person drop missions against the Terminid bugs and the robotic Automatons in the name of Super Earth — it’s loud, funny, and aggressively co-op by design.

The timing is excellent for new players: the game just received its Warhammer 40,000 Castellan’s Creed Warbond, adding Space Marine-inspired armour, weapons and capes to the mix. We covered all the Warbond details here. There’s a lot of content to get stuck into on day one.

The August 25 Batch — Six More Games

On 25 August, the following titles join the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog:

  • Kingdom Come: Deliverance II (PS5) — Warhorse Studios’ acclaimed medieval open-world RPG set in Bohemia. One of 2026’s best-reviewed games, with a deeply detailed combat system and a genuinely reactable story.
  • Vampire Survivors (PS5, PS4) — If you’ve somehow not played this roguelite bullet-heaven phenomenon yet, now’s the time. Deceptively simple, immediately addictive.
  • Umamusume Pretty Derby – Party Dash (PS4) — For Uma Musume fans who want to take their favourite horse girls beyond the mobile app. Party game spin-off with familiar characters.
  • Two Point Museum (PS5) — The museum-building sim from the Two Point team, expanded and polished since launch.
  • Metro Exodus (PS5, PS4) — 4A Games’ atmospheric post-apocalyptic shooter, now available in the enhanced PS5 version for Premium members.
  • Hell is Us (PS5) — Rogue Factor’s dark action RPG set in a crumbling world. Atmospheric and demanding, a good pick for fans of deliberate, weighty combat.

PS Plus Premium Classics

Premium subscribers also get two classic titles this month. Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams — Capcom’s PS2 action RPG — joins the Classics Catalog on 18 August, as we covered earlier. Alongside it comes Disney’s Atlantis: The Lost Empire (PS5, PS4), a nostalgia-heavy pick for anyone who grew up with the 2001 film.

To access the Game Catalog you’ll need at least a PS Plus Extra subscription. The PS Plus Singapore pricing remains SGD 13.90/month for Essential, SGD 19.90/month for Extra, and SGD 23.90/month for Premium — check the PlayStation Singapore page for the latest offers and bundle deals.

Helldivers 2 × Warhammer 40K Warbond Lands 12 August — Castellan’s Creed Fully Revealed

Arrowhead’s full reveal of the HELLDIVERS 2 × Warhammer 40,000: Castellan’s Creed Legendary Warbond landed today — and after our earlier coverage of the teaser, we now have the complete contents card. The collab drops 12 August 2026 on PS5, PC, and Xbox, and it looks precisely as grimly satisfying as two universes of expendable soldiers against impossible odds promises.

The Warbond packs four pieces of Warhammer 40,000-flavoured kit alongside two full Imperial Guard armour sets:

Weapons & Support

  • R/40-K Hot-Shot Marksman Rifle (Primary) — precision las-energy weapon
  • P/40-K Bolt Pistol (Sidearm) — heavy stopping power in a compact frame
  • 40-K Meltagun (Support Stratagem) — short-range superheated thermal weapon capable of melting heavy armour; community testing suggests two can destroy a Factory Strider
  • G/40-K Meltamine (Throwable) — proximity mine that liquefies anything nearby

Armour Sets — both carry the exclusive True Grit passive: +20 weapon handling and +30% reload speed for support weapons

  • TG-122 Demo-Trooper (Heavy)
  • TG-8 Sharpshooter (Medium)

Cosmetics: Camo Cloak and City Fighter’s Resolve player banners and capes; “Still Standing” player title; “Castellan’s Green” paint pattern for your FRV, Exo Suit, Shuttle, and Hellpod.

One note for your wallet: as a Legendary Warbond, Premium Warbond Tokens cannot be used — you will need Super Credits. Based on the pricing of the Halo: ODST and Killzone Legendary Warbonds, expect around 1,500 Super Credits.

Imperial Guard, Not Space Marines — and Why That Is the Right Call

The Warbond draws on the Cadian Kasrkin — an elite regiment of the Astra Militarum (Imperial Guard) — rather than the Space Marines that most outsiders associate with 40K. That choice is actually perfect lore sense: both Helldivers and the Guard are regular humans flung into suicidal engagements, fighting through sheer numbers and discipline rather than superhuman enhancements. Arrowhead’s Director Mikael Eriksson stated that “at Arrowhead, we believe these universes fit perfectly together,” noting the studio is full of “diehard Warhammer fans.” In-game lore frames Castellan’s Creed as a tribute to the Helldivers who gave their lives defending the world of Chara during the First Galactic War.

Platforms and What Singapore Helldivers Need to Know

The Castellan’s Creed Legendary Warbond arrives 12 August 2026 for PS5, PC (Steam), and Xbox. There is no Switch or Switch 2 version. Singapore-based Helldivers can buy in through the PSN SG store, Steam, or Xbox marketplace at the usual Super Credit pack rates — no separate SGD pricing has been announced. If you plan to grab it on day one, it is worth topping up your Super Credits beforehand since Legendary Warbonds require a direct purchase.

Helldivers 2 × Warhammer 40K Warbond Reveal Set for 30 July

One of gaming’s most-requested crossovers is now official. Arrowhead Game Studios confirmed at Warhammer Skulls 2026 in May that Helldivers 2 is getting a Warhammer 40,000 Legendary Warbond — and Arrowhead has now set 30 July as the date when the full contents will finally be revealed.

Two Grimdark Universes, One Warbond

Helldivers 2 and Warhammer 40,000 share more than a fondness for skull iconography. Both universes pit outnumbered human soldiers against impossible alien odds, wrapped in layers of dark satire and heavy-duty military kitsch. An official crossover has been a fan dream since Helldivers 2’s explosive 2024 launch, and at the Warhammer Skulls 2026 showcase on 21 May, Arrowhead made it real.

The collab arrives as a Legendary Warbond — Helldivers 2’s premium battle-pass tier, reserved for major intellectual-property crossovers. Helldivers 2 is available on PS5 and PC (Steam) in Singapore, and all Warbonds can be unlocked with Super Credits purchased via the PSN wallet or Steam.

What’s Been Confirmed So Far

Arrowhead has kept the Warbond’s contents deliberately classified ahead of this week’s briefing, but the announcement teaser did let a few things slip through:

  • Bolt Pistol — a sidearm straight from the 41st Millennium, briefly glimpsed in the teaser. Its chunky silhouette and magazine shape are unmistakably WH40K.
  • New armour set — a previously-unreleased helmet and armoured bracer with heavy Imperial styling: green camouflage tones, reinforced shoulder plating, and detailing that sits somewhere between Astra Militarum fatigues and Space Marine ceramite.

Beyond what’s been shown, the Warhammer 40K community and Helldivers veterans are anticipating a full weapon suite: Boltgun, Chainsword, possibly a Melta-based primary, and Plasma Pistol. Arrowhead’s two previous Legendary Warbonds — the Halo: ODST and Killzone collaborations — each shipped with three to four weapons, two or three armour sets, and capes and emotes to match. Expect a similar package here, but nothing is confirmed until Thursday.

Full Reveal: 30 July

In a post on official Helldivers 2 channels, Arrowhead announced the date with characteristically on-brand messaging: “July 30 has been designated as a date of operational significance. Update your calendar accordingly. Further briefing to follow.”

The presentation will show “all of the Warbond’s contents at once,” according to Arrowhead, making it the first full look at what players are actually buying. Follow the official Helldivers 2 YouTube channel for the reveal. Based on Arrowhead’s past update schedule, the community expects the Warbond to launch in-game around 4 August, though Arrowhead has not confirmed a launch date.

Legendary Warbonds: What They Cost

Legendary Warbonds are Helldivers 2’s premium tier, reserved for major crossover events. Previous Legendary Warbonds — Halo: ODST and Killzone — were priced at 1,500 Super Credits, and the Warhammer collab is expected to match that. Super Credits can be earned slowly through normal play or purchased via PSN or Steam; no region lock applies in Singapore or the broader SEA market.

The 41st Millennium meets managed democracy on 30 July. Check our Game News section for the full breakdown when the Warbond reveal drops.
