Nintendo is hosting a dedicated Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Direct tomorrow — which for Singapore means 10 PM SGT on August 4. The roughly 20-minute presentation will go deep on the upcoming Switch 2 strategy RPG ahead of its September 17 launch. Here’s when to watch and what to expect.
When to Watch the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Direct
The presentation streams live on Nintendo’s YouTube channel and the Nintendo Today! app at these times:
- Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong: 10 PM SGT, Tuesday 4 August
- Japan: 11 PM JST, Tuesday 4 August
- UK: 3 PM BST, Tuesday 4 August
- US West Coast: 7 AM PDT, Tuesday 4 August
The archive will be available on Nintendo’s YouTube channel immediately after, so you can catch it later if you miss the live stream.
What to Expect From the Presentation
Nintendo confirmed the Direct will feature “roughly 20 minutes of new information” about the game. No specific reveals have been teased, but with the September 17 launch only six weeks away, expect a close look at gameplay systems — the combat mechanics, the four protagonist paths, and probably the final roster of recruitable characters. Battle map design, the supports system, and any collector’s edition contents not yet detailed are all likely topics.

Everything Confirmed About Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave So Far
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is the first mainline entry developed by Intelligent Systems for the Nintendo Switch 2. The game is set in the Dagda Empire, which has prospered for 1,500 years under the rule of the gods. The capital city of Dagsion hosts the Great Tournament, where the winner is granted one wish.
The game features four distinct protagonist routes, each following a different warrior:
- Kai — a boy fighting to free his imprisoned father
- Dietrich — a swordsman who seeks battles against formidable foes
- Theodora — a queen carrying the hopes of her nation
- Leda — a performer fighting for revenge
Characters revealed so far include Lilian (a healer), Lysander (a lance cavalier), Juno (an archer with a unique passive), and Sirocco (an axe fighter with desert origins). The game supports full Korean localisation, and English and other language support is confirmed for global release.
