Pokémon Pokopia: Fetching Scales for Feebas Starts 13 August

Feebas has set its sights on your Pokopia town — and it wants Prism Scales. The next Pokémon Pokopia limited-time event, “Fetching Scales for Feebas,” goes live this Wednesday, 13 August at 5:00 a.m. SGT and runs until 28 August at 4:59 a.m. SGT.

How the Pokémon Pokopia Feebas Event Works

Once the event starts, Feebas — the Fish Pokémon — will appear outside rebuilt Pokémon Centers across your town. Chat with it and you will be tasked with gathering Prism Scales throughout the two-week event window. The scales act as the event’s currency, exchangeable for a batch of swimming-themed furniture and, with the right habitat setup, Milotic itself.

Crucially, this event does not take place in Bubbly Basin or the Cloud Islands, which means every Pokopia player can participate regardless of whether they have purchased the Expansion Pass.

The Rewards: Beach Furniture and a Permanent Milotic

Collect enough Prism Scales and you can trade them in for a full set of summer beach furniture: a volleyball net, a beach umbrella, life preservers, and a Pokémon-branded cooler. Arrange them into the right habitat and Feebas’s spectacular evolution, Milotic, will move in — and stay permanently, even after the event closes on 28 August.

That is the same keep-what-you-unlock mechanic the game used for earlier limited-time events. If you set up the habitat during the two-week window, both Feebas and Milotic become a permanent part of your town. Miss the event and there is no other currently announced way to obtain either of them.

The Fetching Scales for Feebas event is Pokopia’s fourth major seasonal event since the Switch 2 title launched globally on 5 March 2026. It follows the Tanabata Jirachi run in late June and Zorua’s Hide-and-Sneak Contest in July. The timing is well placed: the first paid Expansion Pass area, Bubbly Basin, only went live on 5 August, and this event keeps things moving for players who have not yet dived into the DLC.

Singapore players who picked up the Switch 2 + Pokémon Pokopia bundle when it released locally on 23 July at S$769.95 will have had just over two weeks to get their towns in shape before Feebas shows up with a to-do list. More game news from us as the event rolls out.
