Shift Up and Nintendo have confirmed that Stellar Blade Complete Edition will be playable on the Tokyo Game Show 2026 show floor — giving Switch 2 players their first hands-on opportunity with Eve’s full adventure before the title’s release. TGS 2026 runs from 25–28 September in Makuhari Messe, Chiba. The demo news follows the action trailer that dropped earlier this month, which we covered on 24 August.
What the Complete Edition Brings
Stellar Blade Complete Edition bundles the base game with all released DLC — including the NieR:Automata crossover costumes and Orcal Village content — in a single package optimised for Nintendo Switch 2. Shift Up has confirmed the port carries full HD rumble and gyroscopic aiming support, taking advantage of Switch 2’s Joy-Con 2 controllers.
The “Dance of Blades” marketing push has leaned hard into Eve’s expanded move set, which gets an additional showcase in the TGS build. Shift Up has described the Switch 2 port as a chance to introduce Eve to an entirely new audience — a line that underscores how much the developer sees this as a genuine platform expansion rather than a stop-gap release.
Playable Demo at TGS 2026
The TGS demo will be available on the Nintendo booth across all four public and business days. Based on the preview footage, the demo appears to cover an early-game section that showcases both combat and traversal — a smart choice for a first-time Switch 2 audience who may not have played the PS5 original. No appointment system has been announced; it will run as an open queue at the Nintendo stand.
Singapore Release Window
Stellar Blade Complete Edition is scheduled for release on Nintendo Switch 2 this year, with a firm date not yet confirmed. Singapore pricing has not been announced, but the Complete Edition is expected to carry a standard new-release price point.
