Three of the most hotly debated names in the FGO community just got official. During the TYPE-MOON Times segment at FGO Fes. 2026 ~Chaldea School Festival 11th Anniversary~, running August 1–2 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Fate/Grand Order dropped the full reveal for this year’s summer event — and Swimsuit Lilith alone is already setting fan forums alight.
FGO Summer 2026 Servants — Three SSRs and a Free Habetrot
Four servants headlining the 2026 summer event were confirmed at the stage — three as limited SSR (★★★★★) gacha pulls and one as a free distribution servant:

Swimsuit Lilith — The Alien God’s Consort Hits the Beach
Lilith (リリス) becomes one of the most story-significant limited servants ever added to the summer roster. Her design leans into a cool, off-duty rebel aesthetic — black bikini, neon-trim jacket, baseball cap, and a rune-inscribed surfboard. For Singapore players who have been following FGO’s Cosmos in the Lostbelt arc, she is a figure of considerable plot weight; the summer event framing is presumably going to have some fun with that contrast.
Swimsuit Benienma — The Demon Judge of Red Takes a Day Off
Benienma (紅閻魔) swaps her restaurant apron for a summer hat and tourist gear — still armed with a spatula, still surrounded by her signature owl-shaped snacks, now with a beach backdrop. Benienma has been a popular four-star servant for years; her SSR summer upgrade is reliably the kind of announcement that empties Saint Quartz stashes. Swimsuit King Protea rounds out the three SSRs, bringing the towering purple-haired warrior from the Shinjuku chapter to the poolside in a white two-piece.
Male Summer Costumes (霊衣) for 2026
Alongside the new limited servants, three male servants receive reii (霊衣) summer costume upgrades — purely cosmetic, changing the sprite without adding new skills:
- Bedivere (★★★ Saber) — Silver Knight of Summer (夏の銀騎士)
- Hassan of the Cursed Arm (耀星のハサン) (★★★★ Assassin) — Vivid Summer (ビビッド・サマー)

Hassan of the Cursed Arm’s Vivid Summer look — neon shades, blue hair, pink tank top, silver jewellery — is a dramatic departure from his usual masked assassin silhouette, and the crowd reaction at Makuhari Messe was predictably loud. Mahou Tsukai no Yoru Comes to Smartphones — and New Film Visuals Drop
The other headline from TYPE-MOON Times: Mahou Tsukai no Yoru (魔法使いの夜 / Witch on the Holy Night) is getting a standalone smartphone app launching 20 November 2026 as a one-time paid purchase — no subscription, no gacha. This is the visual novel Nasu Kinoko wrote before Fate/stay night existed: first published for PC in 2012, then given a full-voice HD console port in 2022. Until now it has never been on mobile.
For FGO players who have been curious about the wider Nasuverse but missed the PC or console versions, this is the cleanest entry point to date. The story follows Aoko Aozaki — a teenage girl who arrives at a hilltop mansion in a quiet Japanese town, only to discover it is home to two witches. App pricing and international availability have not yet been confirmed; monitor the official TYPE-MOON channels for Southeast Asia announcements.
Two new key visuals for the ufotable anime film adaptation — one illustrated by TYPE-MOON’s Koyama Hirokazu, one by ufotable — were released at the same FGO Fes stage today. The film premieres in Japan on the same date, 20 November 2026, as we covered when the date was first confirmed. No overseas theatrical or streaming release has been announced yet.
