Uma Musume x KFC Returns — Colonel Goldship Is the In-Game Reward Singapore Players Need

Cygames and KFC Japan have launched their third annual “Uma-Uma Kentucky” collaboration, and this year Gold Ship is going full Colonel Sanders. The campaign went live today, 12 August 2026, and runs through 30 September — and the key news for Singapore players is that the in-game rewards are available to everyone worldwide, no Japan trip required.

Colonel Goldship: Free Costume and 500 Jewels for All Players

The standout reward of this year’s campaign is the “KFC Ambassador Golshi” costume — a full Colonel Sanders makeover for Gold Ship, complete with the white suit, black string tie, and general energy of someone who absolutely would convince an entire stable to eat fried chicken. All Uma Musume players can unlock it for free by completing in-game missions before the campaign closes on 30 September 2026.

Log in any time during the campaign window and you also collect a one-time bonus of 500 Jewels. The collaboration has further added a brand-new original song, “Gabu-tto!”, to the in-game jukebox — a full KFC version was released on KFC Japan’s official channel. Eight characters appear throughout the campaign dressed in KFC-inspired outfits: Lucky Lilac, Red Desire, Buena Vista, Agnes Tachyon, Gold Ship, and Stay Gold among them.

What’s in the KFC Japan Collab Sets

The actual food campaign runs through KFC Japan Net Order and comes in two waves. Both are priced at ¥1,500 each (approximately S$14, before any proxy or shipping costs):

  • Wave 1 — Uma-Uma Cobb Mayo Dip Set (12–25 August): Features a carrot-inspired orange garlic mayo dipping sauce alongside KFC chicken. Each set includes a pack of 18 randomised trading cards showing Uma Musume characters in KFC uniforms, plus a serial code for the SSR support card “[Bite Into a Smile] Red Desire” and in-game recovery items.
  • Wave 2 — Carrot Occhahoi Set (9–30 September): Inspired by “Carrot Occhahoi,” a dish featured in the Uma Musume: Beginning of a New Era film. Comes with a garlic-and-black-pepper seasoning and 8 tin badge variations instead of trading cards.

Getting the Cards in Singapore

KFC Japan’s Net Order platform doesn’t ship internationally, so the physical sets require a proxy buying service to reach Singapore. Given the ¥1,500 price point, Wave 1’s 18-card pack is the stronger option for collectors — though the cards are randomised, so full sets will likely circulate on Japanese auction platforms (Mercari JP, Yahoo! Auctions Japan) shortly after the wave closes. Factor in proxy and shipping fees before committing; the SSR serial code also comes with each set if you want to try your luck on the support card.

The in-game content — 500 Jewels, the Colonel Goldship costume, and the “Gabu-tto!” jukebox track — needs no purchase at all. Log in, do the missions, done.
