500GB Playstation 3 Slim console, 2 controllers and Games

Selling my PS3 black slim, 500GB at $270 Condition is 9/10, working perfectly, looks brand new as i rarely use.
2 wireless controllers with wires and hdmi.
Included Games: Resistance 2, The last Of Us, Resident evil, Grand theft auto 5, dead space 3, street fighter 4, final fantasy XIII and metal gear rising.
All games + console, selling at $350. If meet up agreed according to my convenience, I will sell everything at $330 or console at $250.
