Singapore Atlus fans, mark your TGS plans now: both Persona 4 Revival<\/strong> and Metaphor: ReFantazio<\/strong> on Nintendo Switch 2 are confirmed for playable demos at the Atlus booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026<\/strong>, according to details published today on Famitsu (Japanese)<\/a>. That’s two of the most anticipated Atlus titles \u2014 one a long-awaited remake, the other the acclaimed RPG finally arriving on Switch 2 \u2014 available side-by-side at Makuhari Messe this September 17–21.<\/p>\n

Persona 4 Revival at TGS 2026: Two Demo Modes to Try<\/h2>\n

Persona 4 Revival \u2014 the remake of the beloved JRPG, coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on February 18, 2027<\/strong> \u2014 will offer two distinct ways to play at the Atlus TGS booth.<\/p>\n

The Story Mode<\/strong> lets players step into the opening of the game and explore an “unusual shopping district” \u2014 a first taste of how Atlus has reimagined Inaba for the remake. The Dungeon Mode<\/strong> drops you straight into Yukiko’s Castle to battle shadows and bosses, putting the revamped combat (featuring Baton Pass and the new Prime Time system) through its paces.<\/p>\n

Everyone who plays the P4R demo receives a set of novelty items: a P4R bottle holder<\/strong>, branded water, and a sticker set<\/strong> \u2014 collectibles worth picking up if you’re heading to TGS in person.<\/p>\n

Metaphor: ReFantazio Switch 2 \u2014 Trial of the Sword and the Louis Support Survey<\/h2>\n

On the same Atlus booth floor, Metaphor: ReFantazio<\/strong>’s Nintendo Switch 2 version \u2014 due November 12, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 will feature Trial of the Sword<\/strong>, an experience-based playable activity built around the game’s praised battle system. It’s aimed squarely at Switch 2 players who haven’t yet picked up the PS5 or PC version of this multi-award-winning RPG.<\/p>\n

Stage events will run through the week to spotlight what’s new in the Switch 2 port, and Atlus is running the “Louis Support Rate Investigation”<\/strong> \u2014 an audience survey about fan-favourite character Louis that offers prizes to participants. If you know, you know.<\/p>\n
