The Rocks Pirates, led by Rocks D. Xebec and counting a young <strong>Kaido<\/strong>, <strong>Big Mom<\/strong>, and <strong>Whitebeard<\/strong> among their ranks, descended on the island where Celestial Dragons and their slaves had gathered.<\/p>\n<p>What stopped them was the unlikely alliance of the Pirate King and the future Hero of the Marines. Garp, unable to get World Government authorisation in time, accepted Roger&#8217;s help \u2014 a collaboration that both men would keep quiet for decades. ONE PIECE FILM: BAAD was confirmed for 2029, with no plot information or character reveals attached to the title. &#8220;BAAD&#8221; doesn&#8217;t map to any obvious arc or character name in the current manga, so this one is firmly in speculation territory for now.
