Street Fighter 6\u2019s Yasmine<\/strong> went live on 3 August 2026<\/strong>, making her Capcom\u2019s first-ever Filipino World Warrior \u2014 and for Southeast Asia\u2019s fighting game community, that\u2019s a headline moment. She launched alongside a full roster of battle-balance adjustments and, separately, a free in-game Onimusha event that kicks off this Thursday (7 August) and runs to month\u2019s end. Who Is Street Fighter 6 Yasmine?<\/h2>\n

Yasmine grew up in the Philippines, training alongside her older brother Kuya under their grandfather\u2019s guidance in Eskrima<\/strong> \u2014 the Filipino national martial art built around rapid blade and stick combinations. Kuya\u2019s sudden disappearance left her training dormant, until a French supermodel\u2019s FooTube videos reignited her fighting spirit. She enters the circuit armed with a karambit knife and a personal mystery to unravel.<\/p>\n

Her kit focuses on aggressive forward movement and layered knife mix-ups. Key special moves include:<\/p>\n
