The most striking reveal from FuRyu at WonFes 2026 Summer is a collaboration between their F:NEX<\/strong> premium figure label and Yoshitoku<\/strong>, one of Japan’s oldest traditional doll workshops. The result: Shikinami Asuka Langley<\/strong> and Rei Ayanami<\/strong> from Evangelion<\/em>, reimagined as authentic 1\/4 scale \u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u5f62 (nihon ningyo)<\/strong> \u2014 traditional Japanese dolls \u2014 rendered with the layered kimono styling, formal headpieces, and meticulous finish that Yoshitoku is known for.
