Skybound Games and developer Quarter Up have confirmed that <strong>Season 1 kicks off on 30 June 2026<\/strong>, bringing two new DLC fighters to the fighting game based on Amazon Prime Video&#8217;s <em>Invincible<\/em> series \u2014 the cosmic warrior Universa and the virtually unkillable Immortal. Her kit is built around momentum and resource control: her Boost Meter charges as she lands hits, but she can also <em>siphon Boost energy directly from her opponent<\/em>, weakening them while she grows stronger. Quarter Up describes her as a &#8220;highly technical&#8221; fighter who rewards patient, space-controlling play before unleashing her Max Boost Specials at peak power. His Install Super boosts speed and combo potential mid-match, but his defining feature is a <strong>Revive mechanic<\/strong> \u2014 once per match, after being knocked out, he comes back angrier and more dangerous, channelling thousands of years of accumulated grudges into a berserk comeback state. Given that his whole backstory in the <em>Invincible<\/em> comics and show revolves around being killed and resurrected repeatedly, the mechanic is as lore-accurate as fighting game DLC gets.<\/p>\n<h2>Season 1 Also Adds Endless Arcade Mode<\/h2>\n<p>Beyond the two new fighters, Season 1 introduces <strong>Endless Arcade mode<\/strong> \u2014 a PVE format with escalating challenges \u2014 alongside fresh cosmetic drops.
